Mobile Annual pass

We have just bought disney world annual passes on the phone and we haven't received an email to exchange when we get there. Does anyone know if we need it any documents?

Many thanks,
Emily.

Didn't they give you a code to enter on MDE? They always do for me and I tend to keep them on the phone as I link them to my Wife and I.
It will be 4 letters long and then numbers - well normally it is!

Once linked you are good to go and if you don't want the physical card there is no need to go to Guest Services at all.

You should have a code which starts with the first 3 or 4 letters of your surname then numbers. If you enter this in MDE you wont need anything at the ticket desk.

Can I ask how much they were? I’m looking at tickets for my family and myself for this summer and we are planning to return next summer. It still within a 12 month period so guess we would be better getting annual passes, rather than 14 day tickets.
