Seville, Granada & an Andalusia Road Trip
Hi. I’ve just booked some flights for next year to Malaga and am looking a doing a road trip around Andalusia.
It’s my wife’s birthday while we are away and want to factor in Seville and Granada starting and finishing in Malaga for the flights. Any tips for these two places - I’m aware the Alhambra is a must see and needs to be prebooked - or any other stops in Andalusia that you’d recommend we factor in on our travels?

Granada is a beautiful city and the Alhambra is a must. I`ve only done it as a day trip, but last November we went to Seville for 3 days, and fell in love. It`s a beautiful city, lots to see and do. We did the hop on hop off bus and that`s worth doing. We also went to the castle, very much like the Alhambra on a smaller scale. Wherever you go the tapas is amazing. Just ask them to bring you a selection and you won`t go wrong. Very easy city to get about, lots of small bars and ice cream places. Just lovely
We stayed at the Hotel Simon, I`d certainly recommend it as it`s an old stately home and very central. There`s a bar across the road which looks a bit seedy, but isn`t, and had lots of different sherries on tap to try! |

I’ve heard good things about Seville so have pencilled in 3 days to see all it has to offer. Most probably look to at least a couple of days in Granada too.
Love tapas so I’m sure I’ll be eating plenty of them.
