Well done for getting it sorted. Break before the exams will do them good, come back refreshed and ready to continue with revision for the following weeks. My ds and dds school run a sports tour to florida during the easter holidays every other year for yrs 9,10 and 11. Just take some books with them.

Firstly they are due back 12th April. Just checked with DW who works at a school, this year first GCSEs are 14th may, so OP child would have a full month after coming back.
As the school holiday dates have been moved, then they will be back for the second week of Easter for revision ( accept they would ha missed the last week of term lessons)

They will have had a great break and hopefully be fully refreshed ready for the GCSEs assault
I agree...

My son is doing his GCSEs this year and went into school once in the Easter holidays and I don't remember his older sister going more than that either..

Certainly here loads of revision takes place in school anyway, since Christmas my son has had free periods as work as been completed and these lessons have been used for revision.

I wouldn't be moving the holiday.

My lad has his GCSEs this years, so we have organised to go away in November, yes, out of sixth form, but a (hopefully ) thanks you to him for working hard.

Was there any reason you wanted Thomas cook?
Did you look at indirects?
