YAY! Its not just me that has things happen to them as they are about to go on holiday or just arrive then?

Few years back i was filling the car with cases the evening before travel, the door bounced back and the handle went into my kidneys causing blood trauma and severe bruising. A&E visit at 11pm before leaving at 4.30am for the flight. Wasnt a comfy flight put it that way.

Trip after when we arrived the drawer came off the runner and onto my big toe! snap! broken toe on my first day!

Tore ankle ligaments less than a month before a visit. Meaning i could barely walk at pace and rolled my ankle 3/4 times when over there

Welcome to the gang! Hopefully everythings ok, sure you will be able to make minor changes and still have a fantastic time.

Thanks all. Recovery is going well.

Stitches healing nicely I’m told. They are out in a week today.

As far as holiday goes. All looks ok. Won’t be able to swim so water parks are affected. Should be healed plenty by then to go under water though.

Big coasters are out the equation. However seems like I should be ok for quite a few rides that aren’t a cling on for dear life kind of thing lol.

Just have to get my wife to cut my food up for me etc but not too bad overall.

Started doing my exercises as of this morning so will see how this goes over the coming weeks.
