Memory Maker not mentioned in my 21-day Ultimate Ticket

Hi guys

So my 21-day Ultimate Tickets arrived today from Florida Escapes - they linked up just fine first time.

However, the invoice said 'including Memory Maker' - the physical ticket says 'inc Memory Maker' but under 'My tickets' on MDE it just shows '21-Day Disney's Ultimate Ticket for 2018 Arrivals'. I have seen screenshots from others where it specifically mentioned Memory Maker on the ticket section in MDE.

I do see a Confirmation number on the Memory Maker section, but that could be from our previous trip for all I know?

Can anyone please advise? I will ask Disney if not, I just wondered if anyone else had seen this

I had the same problem in 2016 and was told that Memory Maker would show after we had had our first photo taken, which it did.
