Adding person to BOG reservation

So My DD has decided to come with us in September. We are on QSDP so not a big issue for ADR's. Have managed to book the Bon Voyage breakfast but can't add her to our BOG lunch reservation.
Is it worth calling Disney and seeing if they can amend my reservation from 2 to 3 people or is it unlikely they can help ?

If they can't amend it, because it's QS you could search for a single reservation around the same time and just sit together.

We had this problem last year when my son decided to join us. I tried phoning Disney but they said there were no spaces and they couldn’t add my son to our existing booking for 3 for lunch. We were eventually able to add him much closer to the time (I think it was a week or so before we flew) - I phoned Disney again and they made a single booking close to our reservation time for him. We all showed up at BOG together and were all admitted together and sat together as normal.

Last year I spoke to the lady at the entrance telling her I'd being trying to book fir a party of 3 but could only get a party of 1. She said I should have took that & I could've got the others added at check in box. I did what she said on a further 2 visits, the others I got added on earlier them days, so I could then choose from the menu in advance & go straight through, saved a lot of queuing & you can even change you choices if you like

Have now managed to get a reservation 15 minutes later. Plan to arrive together and hope they let us in as one party.
Did try calling Disney but the lady said she couldn’t help.

You should have no problem with the ADRs that close. They seem to be more lenient on arrival times there because it's QS. But all else fails, just take your time at the ordering kiosk and she can catch up.
