Just A Spoonful Of A Disneyland Paris Adventure - Star Wars Soiree

We started off the Star Wars Soiree waiting for the space mountain Star Wars revamp, Hyper Space Mountain. I was really excited for this ride as I've always wanted to do this ride since I was a little child longingly watching my parents go on this ride!

We waited about 30 minutes for them to open the ride.

We ended up going on this ride 3 times in a row. One thing I will mention is that if you have long hair, it will get trapped in the seat at some point!

We saw a few very disappointed people that weren't able to fit into the seats.

This ride was a double thumbs up from all of us! It was very intense and very cool. At the beginning they played the classic Star Wars music and everyone cheered which was awesome.

We then of course had to do the Star Tours ride again. We got different clips to what we normally get which was a bonus.

We then headed over to Walt Disney Studios where the bulk of the Soiree was. They had lots of different photo opportunities.

We first waited 20 minutes for another ride on the EAC on Crushes Coaster.

Love this huge buzz that they have on the entrance to Toystory land.

The parks were so quite for this event! We walked onto the Ratatouille ride which is normally about a 60 minute wait!

This was the first time we were in the standard queuing area. It was very well themed!

Hanging out with my pal Rex!

We then jumped on the Parachute Drop ride. This ride is very slow at loading so you can understand why it's often a 45 minute wait! I also got stuck on the ride where I had 5 people trying to get me out! Could've only happened to me!

We then jumped on to the tram tour. This was a little underwhelming. I do miss seeing the costumes like they did in Disney World.

Catastrophe canyon

We then took a ride on the Tower of Terror. This time it was played in English! That was quite different.

Upon exiting Tower of Terror we found the free face painting they were doing for the event. Of course I had to get it. I love the shading and the sparkles.

We then watched the stage show which is the same that they had when we were last out in Florida.

After a short break for food. We jumped on Aladdins carpet.

We then bumped into these weird and wonderful creatures.

Tower of Terror is so pretty at night!

They had a dance party on stage before the firework and project show to keep everyone entertained.

Dad and I then went on rock and rollercoaster. Lauren and mum didn't cause it hurts their heads too much.

And the show begins...

The projections were incredible! They really used the building well including the little windows!

The Soiree was a very fun evening it was great to go on rides with next to no queue! We got back to the hotel at 12:30 and by that time I could barely walk.

Sounds like a fab time and hardly any queues is always a huge bonus. The projection show on ToT looks amazing.
