3 days on 4 days off shift pattern
Does anyone work 3 days off 4 days off 12 hours shift pattern?( two wks if nite shift two weeks of day shift)
Trying work out how the rota actually moves to different days off 🙈🙈 I work 4 days on 4 off but split shifts but thinking of doing other shift ,if employers sort out rota Anyone any idea as can't seem work it out |

Hi, so 3 days on 4 days off? I cant work that out either...be good if it was mon - weds, every thurs fri sat sun off lol! id have that! x

My friend did 3 on 4 off and some weeks would work out like that where she'd work the start of one week then the end of the following week so she'd have 6 or 7 days off in the middle. All depended on what shifts her boss gave her.
