Beach at Easter?

Anyone been at Easter (end March into April) and been to the beach? Is it warm enough to go in the sea? Which beach did you visit?

We started and ended our holiday this year with a few days at the beach (we flew in/out of Tampa). We stayed at Indian Shores and Anna Maria Island. The sea was lovely, kids were in and out of it all day, and it was too hot to stay on the beach 11.30-2 ish so I'd say it was a great time to go!

We're doing the beach at August next year and I'm worried it'll be too hot to venture outside lol

We were in Clearwater the first week of April - it was lovely and hot. It got a bit windy but there was a front coming in and a storm the last night.The sea was warm enough for the kids
