This kids will be disappointed. Sorry, does it close on the 27th or at closing time on the 28th?

Would it be crazy busy if we go that weekend?
Thanks, J

I thought we would miss Blizzard Beach as we arriving on the 21st October. I pleased we’ll be able to fit it in now.

I was really hoping they'd switch it up and close Typhoon Lagoon first we'll miss BB again this year!

Unfortunately they don't alternate the closures. If they did there would be a disproportional time between opening and refurb.

Say for instance that BB was closed November, December and January and reopened February then swapped closing schedules with TL it wouldn't close again the next February. So open 12 months straight where TL would reopen April and close again in November only having been open 7 months.

These are just example dates to simplify the calculations.

I understand the logic but have they never swapped them Stu? I only ask because our last 2 trips in October - a number of years ago admittedly - TL closed not long after we arrived.

Everything is on the DIBB. Just found this

https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/Dis...ry-p-1313.html

It seems every few years they do swap it round. That must mean one park has a a fair bit of time between refurbs. Might get a bit frayed around the edges.
