I’m on Week 2 and quite enjoying it. I’m just using the NHS one - nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Couch...ning-plan.aspx .

I also got the bbc one, and Jo Whiley was recommended in the reviews, so I chose her. Just finishing up week 4, and I’m enjoying it... so far!

DH and I did this last year. We used the NHS one. I was amazed I finished it as hadn't run in about 40 years +!

I completed Cto5k with No Whiley last year- injured my back (none run related) so back at week 5 this week.
Poor Jo's been called all sorts of rude words! I have also signed up to Virtual Runner (other virtual run groups are available  )I sign up for a medal each month and then jog/walk the distance. It help keeps me motivated I have quite a haul now |
