We grabbed an Uber from MCO to the hotel - it was a very short ride, and did the same in reverse the next morning to pick up a hire car.

It was £115 and I'd happily stay there again - it was very nice.

I’d just suck it up and book another night at your Universal hotel personally to be ready to go the next day. I’m lazy though.
