Going On An Adventure Day 3

Today we had breakfast at a lovely French bakery near the Hotel, and then drove up to Orlando. We have 5 nights at Hard Rock Hotel. Room wasn't ready so we left bags with concierge and headed out to Universal Studios.

We picked up our photo package and grabbed a coffee at the Patisserie near the Minions ride. So it was about 2.30pm when we got to the park. First ride was The Mummy. Then we used the Virtual Queue to go on Fast and Furious.

It was raining on and off after Fast and Furious. We headed over to ride Gringotts. The muggles who don't know how the locker system works were doing the usual. You know. 7 of them watching 1 person put all their stuff in a locker. While you wait. Not patiently but cursing under your breath. Anyway. Gringotts was awesome of course, front row of the second cart, great views of the screens 😁

We rode Jimmy Fallon after that. 4 rides between about 3pm and 5.30pm. But by now we were hungry so off we went to Hard Rock Cafe.

Then we did THE MOST AWESOME THING. Asked for a backstage tour. Which we did in 2015. But this time we saw loads more. It was really cool. This is the VIP John Lennon room.

Got to go out on the balcony.

The backstage tour looks amazing, I didn’t know you could do this! Fab getting some rides despite the rain.

The tour is free but just one guy does it so you sometimes have to wait for him to be available.
