Going On An Adventure Day 15

Today we had a lie in until 9. Up and out in the car, for the first time since arriving at POR. Headed to Vineland Premium Outlets. Got there for 10.15am and there was still plenty of free parking. Grabbed breakfast at Starbucks. Then a concerted shopping effort. Smart rucksack for Adrian and earrings for me from Fossil. 3 t-shirts for me from Superdry. A rucksack for me and socks for Adrian from Adidas. A cap and boxers for Adrian from Tommy Hilfiger. Then went for petrol on the 192 and nipped to Winn Dixie for beer, cider, grapes, yoghurt and pop. Then we were off in the car to Epcot. Our first trip on a tram this holiday, caught on camera.

Epcot was looking very pretty. Today turned out to be a scorcher. No rain. Had to be careful touching railings and seats, everything was hot to touch! We headed to Club Cool for a bit of refreshment before heading into World Showcase. I was on a mission. Nothing gets between me and lunch 😁

So we made our way round to Norway and our FP for Frozen whilst my tummy rumbled. Then I persuaded Adrian into Lotus Blossom Cafe where I had the veg stir fry and he had sesame chicken salad.

We explored a bit of the countries, this is Japan but we also looked at Italy and USA, then France and Canada. I got a t-shirt in Canada. Our FP2 had been Nemo but we rode it the other day and weren't ready at that point to leave world showcase. We headed out of Canada and to FP3 for the Disney Pixar Short Film Festival. Lots of fun.

Then a short drive back to the resort, freshen up and then we headed out to Disney Springs for dinner at T-Rex. Had to queue to check in, line was very long and walk ups were getting told a 2 hour wait! We came here in 2010 with the kids and had a lovely booth on the ice room. Here just the 2 of us, it felt cramped and rushed. Food was ok, Adrian had guacamole burger and I had vegetable pasta. I had sorbet for dessert and Adrian had Key Lime Pie.

Oops. Somehow forgot to mention new handbag in my list of shopping 😁

Ty 😍 it was 70% off and then a further 30% off one the day, plus no tax, so I ended up paying about £55 for it. I love the colour!
