Live Honeymoon Food Report - Day 5 - Islands Of Adventure

Today we had planned to do Volcano Bay but I've developed a cold so decided against it until tomorrow. Hopefully it's just a 24 hour thing!

So we went to IOA instead any got soaked which probably wasn't a great idea having a cold but never mind it is done now and we had a blast!

Breakfast was Pop Tarts (smores). We will have more substantial breakfasts when we are at the villa.

We had early entry at US so headed there first and rode The Mummy (We are 2nd row on left and middle) then headed to IOA via the Hogwarts Express.

After Forbidden Journey we stopped off for a frozen Butter beer and some treats.

Butter beer fudge. Very nice!

Fizzing Whizzbees, basically chocolate with popping candy and they are really good!

This view never gets boring

After a walk around Seuss Landings, a ride of Spider-Man and Kong we got some lunch at Burger Digs. Now we are fans of chicken tenders anyway but these were delicious! So hot and tasty and almost a southern fried flavour. The fries were also seasoned nicely rather than just salt. Would definitely get again. Big portion too at least 6 tenders!

After getting drenched on all the water rides we called it a day and headed back to city walk.

We stopped at Lone Palm before walking back to RPR and had a few drinks.

I had a Run Runner which was delightful and Phil had his usual Landshark x 2. I also had a banana daquari but forgot to take a photo sorry.

Thinking of NBC grill for tea so will post later wherever we go! Bye for now!

For tea we did end up at NBC grill & brew. It was our first time and we really like the place and the food.

Phil got a beer called "Beer Engine" some sort of in house crafted beer which he said had ginger in it. He liked it but wouldn't drink lots of it. I just got a coke.
