Royal Pacific nightmare

Here now and room a disgrace. We are club level and found a stain on the bed skirt. I feel like crying 😭 Trying to get this sorted but now have no confidence in this hotel. Dust and stains everywhere. Not even unpacked case yet

So disappointing, hope they sort you out quickly, and it doesn't disrupt your holiday too much. I suggest you take pictures just in case.

The stain is semen, honestly this is the worst. Normally stay at Hard Rock and so wish we kept our usual choice. How do I upload photos, it’s not working on my phone

I would ask to be moved straight away, that is not good.

Have you been to complain in the club lounge? We’ve stayed there 4 times and never had any issues. The staff have always been incredibly helpful

Don’t let this spoil your holiday. Royal Pacific will sort this, they will blitz the room or move you.
Something like this happened to us last year... royal Pacific went above and beyond to make the rest of our stay comfortable.

Never stayed at RPH but it sounds like it's not their normal standard. Just speak to them and I'm sure it will get sorted.
Worse things happen, you are in Orlando, don't let it ruin your holiday!
