Mobile Using pool in other Disney hotels

We’ll be staying in Sequoia Lodge when its pool is closed for refurbishment. Our booking letter says we can use the pools in the other hotels. Has anyone done this, and which one would be least hassle? My son is swimming mad so I know we’ll have to get at least one splash session in somewhere.

Depending on when you stay the New York Hotel is likely to be closed for refurb, the Disneyland Hotel pool is usually excluded as an option when other pools are closed. So that leaves you with the Newport Bay Hotel as an option.

It's not a long walk from SL to Newport Bay so it won't take too long to get there.

It's really close and the pool looks very nice - I've seen it on YouTube videos. Never used it myself - in 11 trips to DLP I've never had time to swim!

Thanks both. We’ll be going back to the room in the afternoons to let my elderly mum rest, but we won’t be resting :-)

Sequoia lodge pool always seems closed that time of year, we've had that a few times. We used Newport Bay's once as the theming is quite fun. Disneyland hotel's is pretty small so you aren't missing anything anyway. If you have a car then the Davy Crockett's pool is the biggest and has a slide.
