Problems with 365 tickets.

Ordered 10 DC tickets with them 3 weeks ago! They took the money straight away but despite many emails they are unable to supply the day we wanted, despite the spaces being available on the DC site directly, which we pointed out to them, they have subsequently issued us with tickets dated for the day after we wanted! Althought the email accompanying gave the correct date that we asked for! They are sooo slow to answer emails, and at the moment we are £1997 down! Anyone else have problems with them and ny ideas what to do, we are currently in Texas!

If they've booked a date you didn't ask for and they are not responding to your request for a refund, I would open a dispute with your credit card company. You'll probably see a swift response then.

Well... eventually 2 weeks later they hve at lst come up with what we wanted, but you are right, our next step was going to be the card company, it is so frustrating when dys go by without any contct, meanwhile all that money has left your account! All’s weel that wnds well... kind of.
