Video Serengeti Safari at Busch Gardens

The Serengeti Safari at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is an excellent add on to the day. You can get up close to the animals on the savannah.



Such as Antelope, Zebra and Rhino.



The safari treks across 65-acres of Serengeti Plain, on an open-air touring vehicle. It is Florida's only award-winning safari tour, and offers guests a unique and up-close look at African wildlife. Led by an expert guide, this 30-minute off-road tour gives guests the opportunity to hand-feed giraffe and observe exotic animals including zebras, ostriches, rhinos and several antelope species.

You will also get some amazing photo opportunities, as this adventure creates memories that last a lifetime!

Cara cares for a diverse ungulate population on a 65-acre multispecies habitat. She works to promote the conservation of threatened species through inspiring guests to take action. Cara is also the park’s representative for the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund and manages zoological research at the Tampa park.



As spoken about in the video. The UK's Parks Extras program supports UK charities from tours booked in the UK.

These are the UK charities previously supported:
  • Chester Zoo’s Wild Winter programme to help combat the nature deficit disorder amongst children in the UK.
  • Big Cat Sanctuary’s innovative project to supply GPS tracking collars for the declining lion population in Laikipia county, Kenya.
  • The Blue Marine Foundation’s project to save five endangered species of sturgeon in the Caspian Sea including the beluga sturgeon which is one of the largest freshwater fish in the world, best known for producing beluga caviar.
  • The Horniman Museum’s Project Coral a ground-breaking project in South East London which may hold the key to saving the world’s dying coral reefs.



Remember to book the Safari from the UK before you go to support these local UK charities.
