Something fishy going on ?

Trying to log onto my Disney experience and also tried our App for my Disney experience and it keeps coming up with ‘something fishy is going on, re set pass word’
Or call assistant
Has this happened to anyone before?
We have not logged on since booking my ADR’s so I hope nothing is lost. Or is the site down?
Or should I just try to reset my password?

The details are generally saved and I just automatically log in without typing it out if that makes sense...

Yea it happened to us recently. There was a thread on here too (I think in the planning section?) I had to ring to get mine sorted but it only took a minute to do

I have seen something along those lines in the past. My approach is to ignore it, try MDE again later in the normal way and it has been fine.

It happend to me and really worried me. It didn't send me the email to reset my password and I got increasingly worried. I emailed them but didn't get a reply. In the end I went on to MDE on my laptop and clicked that I had forgotten my password and that triggered the reset email. Once I changed my password I went in and all was good. Phew!

A lot of us DVC Owners got this issue as well. Failed on the DVC website log in then blocked on MDE as well.

As already confirmed an easy fix once you get the 'reset password E Mail'

Having reset mine after a phone call, i have decided not to use it until I have too, and in that case try 2 days b4, to see its ok.

Edit... must be great if you are in a park for mobile ordering and FPs!
