Mobile Free dining do you think it will happen

As the title says really.
I think it will but who knows I’m these very strange times.

2 schools of thought
Definitely no - they have lost so much money they won’t put it on next year.
Definitely yes - they will need to attract European visitors back.
I have no idea but would love to know as we will likely not be going this year now x

I don’t think it will be launched at the end of April - I can see it being delayed until things are starting to open up again though.

I’m thinking the announcement may be delayed to May /June which is not a problem.
I do think it will go ahead as they could have less Americans wanting to go due to the job losses they may have after covid 19. As for the prices that could be interesting they will either hike them up to recoup losses or give incentives to attract people.
It will be interesting to see what happens fingers crossed it goes ahead at some point.

I think it will be offered - the fact that they are using free dining to encourage rebooking for this summer makes me think they need to bring back visitor numbers.

That's just for Americans and they make up the large majority of visitors. Once they're back we won't be needed.

Surely that same argument would mean that we would never need to be offered free dining though, and we have had it consistently every year for goodness knows how long!

It must be well over a decade. I first did free dining in 2006 but through a US offer because it was better than the U.K. so I wonder if it was soon after that? The best deals were the huge SSR/OKW discounts plus free dining though !

We had free dining in 2007, think it was the first year, the TA was totally unaware of it before that.

My guess would have been 2008, so I was fairly close!
