Post office and now jaja
Has anyone else been previously with the post office and now switched to jaja
Downloaded the app and can't even register. Cant be just me |

Yes. Not downloaded the app, but registered on the website and paid my balance. Not sure when you get new cards?

I had issues. My post office card expired just as the switch happened so I wasn’t able to login to the new app. I ended up phoning them. I was on hold for about 30 minutes but did eventually speak to someone who was able to order me a new card.
When that arrives hopefully I will be able to log into the app. |

Same here, couldn't register, kept saying details didn't match there records.
We spoke to customer service at jaja who amended our phone number and said we should now be able to register... Still no joy! Ended up using the new bank details for jaja and the original card number to pay the balance via our bank. Still need to phone them again to get it sorted |
