Does anyone work for TNT? Passport not arrived**update**

I'm desperately needing some help. Dd's passport was sent out from the passport office on 9th November. It was received into TNT delivery station on 11th November. Each day it tells me a date for delivery then at midnight it changes to the next day.

I've spent 5hrs on hold and cant speak to anyone. I rang Durham passport office and they've told me I'm not eligible for an urgent appointment as its not lost or stolen... I said if it doesn't make it to me it's lost! They said no as TNT say they have it but there's a back log so it's not lost.

We go in 2wks I'm in a state

This must be frustrating and worrying for you.
I just looked on Twitter and it seems like they’ve been bought out by FedEx express? You could try either direct messaging TNT or there or FedExexpress.

I've tried for over 7hrs to get through to anyone... nothing. I've now asked mayor and MP to help...Will I ever get
there?!

TNT have a live chat but don’t think it’s open at weekends, i know this is different but I had to chase them up over a parcel I sent to Finland for my son, took 5 weeks to get there but they were helpful on chat and on the phone.
Hope it turns up soon.

I think I’d be going to the depot by now and demanding to speak to someone!

On the depot locator they refer to contacting FedEx (formally TNT) I think you may have more luck contacting FedEx now. There’s a link on this page to find their depot locations

Just a little update... 8hrs on hold and FedEx (who are taking over TNT) told me tough keep waiting, passport office said it will make its way to you...I involved our local MP and Mayor and suddenly got through to someone who said i will ensure it goes out tomorrow. I woke up to a text saying g it's scheduled for delivery 8am to 8pm... ive popped home at lunch time to see and it's arrived!

I cant tell you the relief!

Now just need to lock myself in my office at school and enforce the sign I made saying "please help me protect my holiday,talk to me at my door...don't come in my office" . ... im not even sorry🤣🤣
