Dining plan back in 2024

Looks like the dining plan will be available for guests arriving after 9/1/2024. Also looking at ways for guests to book genie plus in advance. Wonder what that means for all of us that booked in April for next year? Will dining be an upgrade option now? Have to see what happens…..

A) change the offer to the dining plan B) allow you to use your “credit” to purchase the plan |

Yes just saw this news and thought exactly the same - will they consider converting the room credit I wonder? Loved the DDP, it was so much easier.

Hopefully they’ll use a bit of common sense and let us convert the room credit over into DDP

Does Disney tend to use common sense. I guess they will keep dinning credits and DDP separate for now.

Doesn’t the update say it’s for booking from 31st May this year?
I doubt those of us who have already booked will be able to add it on or use our credits for it sadly. Hope I’m wrong! |

According to Allears it’s available to purchase as part of a package or for AP holders on a room only reservation or DVC members using points for an on site reservation.
They are reporting it is only the QS plan initially and full details to be released at the end of May when packages for 2024 go on sale (US) No indication on Allears about the U.K. market. |
