A place for us to share the highs and lows of our weight loss in a countdown to get the body for the dress of our dreams!

I think we'll start it from Monday would be the best thing...

Good or bad news, we want to hear it so we can spur each other along!

So much change was going on the chart was hard to keep up to date, so I think it's best we all report our full figures and keep track from there!

Monday is as good a day as any. I will post my weight loss/gainon Monday morning. I think this thread will be a great motivator. I need to lose weight to fit into my dress again anyway for the Trash the Dress Shoot, plus need to make room for the deluxe dining

I am hoping I have lost at least 3 pounds this week as that would take me to 1 stone so far. Will wait and see Monday morning.

I wonder if NatsyNoo could edit her initial post to maybe put names of people taking part and their weight loss each week? Each week the number of pounds lost could just be added to their total. So you could have a WC (week commencing) 19/04 ? (how ever much you have lost) and there could also be a total loss of weight to date. I think seeing it like that should motivate us all. If you see your total weight loss to date figure rising every week, before long you will be at a stone!

What do you think NatsyNoo? You could have it in whatever format you want. It just might be good to have it in the first post so we can all keep track of our progress.

I need to buy some scales I haven't weighed myself for years, I just go on clothes size.
