We have stopped in this villa on numerous occasions now and have it booked again for our next trip.

This bungalow is perfect for families and also for couples the layout means you can use the back half of the house without it feeling as if it is too big. And it has everything you need for a chilled holidays. The two larger doubles are both onsuite and the smaller twin rooms share a separate bathroom. There are two seating areas, two indoor dining areas and a very well equipped kitchen.

The pool is spacious and there is plenty of seating around the side including a table.

Windwood Bay is the perfect location, the 192 and I4 are easy to accessible and there growing Championsgate area has a wide range of places to eat n, take away and shop or use a bank. Windwood Bay is quiet and part short term lets and part residential so feels safe, we particularly love the cown on the ice cream van which comes round most afternoons at 4pm

Mark and Debbie are lovely, quick to respond and helpful. The directions and instructions they provide are easy to follow and there is good wifi signal through out the house.

Just got back from a stay in this villa.

It is clean and comfortable and has everything you might need. The owners responded quickly to all queries and the booking process was easy and smooth.

The location is brilliant, Champions Gate is our favourite area, there are lots of amenities close by and it?s easy to get to the I4 which gives access to everything.

Just back from a great stay at this villa. The villa is comfortable and very well equipped. It's close to the many restaurants at Champions Gate and not too far from the Posner Park retail park and has easy access to the I4, US27 and US192. Communication with Mark - the owner, was very friendly, speedy and efficient. We would definitely recommend this villa.

We recently enjoyed an 8 night stay at Debbie's Orlando Villa. The villa is located on the small quiet community of Windwood Bay. The villa location was great for quick and easy access onto the I4,192 or US27. You are also only a very short drive from the Champions gate area.

The villa itself was well maintained and very clean. It really felt like it was a home from home and was well equipped for us to enjoy a comfortable stay. The booking process was easy and Mark was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries or questions I had.

This is our second time stopping at Debbie's Orlando Villa. We loved it so much first time, we decided to go back.

Windwood Bay near ChampionsGate, is close to the I4, a Publix, a couple of restuarants and the 192 (and the area is expanding).

The villa itself is clean, tidy and very well kept. THere are two en-suites, a full size bedroom all with a bath and shower.

The Master bedroom has a huge King Size bed, the second bedroom has a standard double and two twin rooms.

There is a formal as well as a family room with a well equipped kitchen. And we love the pool area, there is plenty of furniture and places to sit.

Mark and Debbie are a pleasure to deal with and respond quickly to all questions.

Being first time visitors to Florida we were nervous looking to book a Villa direct but we shouldn't have worried. Mark and Debbie responded to all of our queries promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. The villa itself was beautiful -very spacious and absolutely spotless. The photos do not do it justice.

The location was also ideal. Windwood Bay is a lovely well maintained quiet development only a couple of minutes drive from the I4 giving you fast access to all of the Parks. There are also a couple of Publix supermarkets within 5 minutes drive with adjoining restaurants and takeaways.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

The Woods family

We were lucky enough to share Debbie's Villa in October 2013 and we loved it so much we have already booked to go back.

We selected this villa mainly for its location but I can tell you it is amazing. From our first contact with Mark and Debbie (Username - Bolton) - They are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This villa is well kept and beautifully decorated all through. The door opens to the main lounge, from here is the first bedroom at the front, a short corridor leading to the main bathroom, second and third bedroom, utility and games rooms. From the main lounge you can walk through to the family lounge from here you have the kitchen, the master bedroom, ensuite and doors out to the pool.

The Master bedroom is spacious with a huge kingsize bed which is firm but comfortable and the en-suite and wardrobe are equally spacious. As a couple, this was the only bedroom and bathroom we used. The other three bedrooms were equally nicely decorated and share a bathroom.

We tended to use the family room, this is perfect for chilling in the evening with large soft leather sofas and with free wifi, large TV and an ipod dock, entertainment is on hand. We also enjoyed a quick game of pool in the evening in the games room.

The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space in the fridge and freezer, we don?t do any cooking but enjoyed many lazy breakfasts by the pool and snacks in the evenings.

The pool is large with a table and seats in front of the safety fence and another set of chairs directly by the pool. As it was October we opted for pool heating and it was always very pleasant from early in the morning to late evening.

We love Windwood Bay because of its closeness to Champion's Gate. This area is perfect for us, quiet with easy access to supermarkets, a bank, the restaurants on the 192, Disney and the I4. This ease of travel is important to us as it makes a holiday flow once you are there.

I am writing this review as I am sat in the main living room of Debbie's Orlando Villa. We are in the second week of an amazing holiday, despite the intense heat!

Let me start by saying we have no relationship with the owner Mark, we are the first Dibbers to rent (stay) in his villa and have promised to post a review. When we looked for a villa Debbie's Orlando Villa came up in the right location however we were a little concerned as there were no reviews or trip reports so we did what any Dibber would do, we asked the community. You can see the post here. As you can read the feedback was favourable and we contacted the owner and went ahead with the booking.

From that point everything has been very easy. Mark is very good at responding to emails and questions also he was happy to speak on the phone a couple of times.

The villa is in a great location as we like to visit Celebration, the parks and Busch Gardens and it's very easy to get onto the I4 and get to these places quickly.

The villa itself is superb, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived and is decorated to a very high standard with a lot of nice touches here and there. Everything is well appointed with the only thing missing an ice maker in the fridge! so not a deal breaker.

The pool is great and this time of year pool heating is not required as the pool is in the sun all day. The pool furniture is very comfortable and the pool area was very clean.

The games room is a real favourite with my son. We have played Pool, Table Tennis, Foozball, Darts and Basketball competitions umpteen times a day.

Overall we are delighted with the villa, I would say that the pictures on the owners site do not do it justice, it is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Mark has made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
