Our fully air conditioned Executive Luxury 4 Bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated 3 minutes from the popular hwy US192 close to all the attractions and restaurants and sleeps 8 plus infant, that makes this villa a great and popular place for Guests. Beautiful Private Heated Pool, fully screened, with luxury patio furniture and sunbeds, table and relaxing chairs provided to dine outside.

There is a covered lanai for when the sun gets too hot.

Games room with free pool table, free table tennis and free dartboard. The Villa also boasts free high speed WiFi and internet access and free local telephone calls.

The home features a Lounge Area with ample seating, occasional tables and entertainment center with 47� LCD TV. TV's in all bedrooms. The TVs all have live channels and movie streaming. Guests who have their own Hulu and Netflix accounts have the opportunity to sign in to your favorites,.

Free use of baby equipment including crib / travel cot, high chair, high seat and disney stroller.

Fully equipped Kitchen... so everything you need for that gourmet meal... including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, cookware.

We also provide a washer and dryer free for your use too.

A Breakfast Bar gives additional seating for a quick �bite to eat� or morning coffee.

A Formal Dining Area for that quiet evening in, is located just to the front of the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, overlooking the Pool Area, plus the En-suite Bathroom offers access from the pool for added convenience. There is also an additional Queen Room, two Twin Bedrooms (one a disney bedroom) and a Family Bathroom.

Our Villa is located at Lake Davenport Estates a quiet tranquil estate.
