We stayed at Caribe Villa Brisa for three weeks and it was just magical. Located in a gated community around a 25 minute drive from DisneyWorld and Universal studios. There is a Publix just around 10 minutes away and there were many options for a 'just eat' quick option also. It was perfectly situated to go to all parks and water parks. The villa has off road parking, 4 bedrooms- two of which have king beds, both of which open onto the pool area, and two of which have twin beds. A large living room combined with an open plan kitchen. A games room with consoles, Tv, table football, hockey and pool table. The private pool was just lovely and even had a jaccuzi. It was so relaxing after a park day coming back sitting in the pool and just looking at the greenery the pool backed onto. The doors into the pool area are alarmed also to keep the kiddos safe. The Villa was super clean and so welcoming after a park day. It was quiet and peaceful that we even saw a wild deer and rabbits around the house. It has a washing machine and tumble dryer that are easy to use and super useful. The kitchen was so well equipped, as was the whole villa with towel, icepacks and even a blow up turtle and snorkle! It was a beautiful home away from home. Randy was so lovely to deal with and made booking and paying for the villa so simple. I cannot recommed Caribe Villa Brisa enough, we didn't want to leave and we hope to be returning soon.

My wife and I last visited Florida in 2017 and decided during Covid that we wanted to bring her brother and parents out for their first time. Having read reviews and trip reports on the Dibb I had my heart set on Caribe Villa Brisa and it did not disappoint! From the very first contact, Randy and Barb were so prompt in their emails and provided all the information we needed. Payment was done via paypal and all very straight forward with receipts provided.

We arrived at around 10:30pm and thanks to Randy's instructions for the resort key code and villa entry it was a stress free evening upon arrival.

The villa is very cosy and has a homely feel that we haven't experienced with other villas we have rented before. The living area and bedrooms were really spacious and there was more than enough room for 5 adults - we actually used the front twin bedroom to store our luggage. Having 3 bathrooms was brilliant for getting ready in the morning and the evenings too.

The pool area was massive, with several loungers, chairs, a dining table and umbrella and we ate out there most mornings. The little hot tub/spa in the pool was lovely to chill out in after a long day at the parks. The games room was a welcome addition in the evenings too when it was stormy.

The resort itself is very quiet and peaceful, and the villa has lovely views over the lake with an abundance of wildlife visible.

In terms of location the villa is right at the end of the 192 with a Walmart and several fast food outlets just 2mins away which was great. A quick trip down the 192 and there is a Publix, Target, Aldi and more food outlets. Disney was only a 20min drive away (even in the summer traffic!) and Universal around 50mins - although this is due to the I4 traffic. We found the location to be brilliant for our needs.

Overall I can't recommend the villa enough and we hope to be back again here soon!

Being our first ever Florida trip we were overwhelmed by the choice of villas and concerned about choosing the right area for quick access to the Disney parks. Randy and Barb assured us their villa was in a great location and they weren't wrong. We could reach all the Disney Parks and Waterparks within 15-20 mins drive. You are also just 5 mins from Walmart and Publix supermarkets.

The villa itself was brilliant, we were a party of 2 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough room, the kids loved having their own rooms. The private pool (with hot tub) was fantastic, the games room a welcome addition for the kids and adults alike. Washer/drier all brilliant along with all the kitchen facilities and the decor was bright and welcoming.

The High Grove resort was gated so you needed a code to get in. It was also very quiet and tranquil. Definitely not the bluster and bustle of a usual holiday park location.

From the day we booked the villa all the way through being there and after we left Randy was in touch with questions, suggestions and generally just checking in to see if everything was OK.

I'd have no hesitation in going back to the Villa and i'll be recommending it to family and friends. It gets a big thumbs up from us a family. It was sad to have to leave.

Having stayed in High Grove for our previous three holidays in Florida, we really loved the development and the area. It is so handy with Publix, Denny's and now Aldi all within a 2 minute drive and Walmart, McDonald's, KFC, Chickfilet just across the carriageway. High Grove itself is a beautiful development; all homes are really well maintained and the grass verges and flower beds are immaculate. The club house is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a kid's play park and mini golf, gym and communal pool (all of which we intended to try out but never did!) Having decided to go for 3 weeks this year, the other villa we have stayed in for the past 3 years was already booked for the first week of our trip, so I used the Dibb to find Caribe Villa Brisa which was available for the dates we wanted. Previously reviewed by Scottish Nellie, I knew it would meet our requirements and I contacted Randy explaining our situation. He was great to deal with and was very accommodating regarding our checkout time so that we were able to move straight from his villa to the other one (therefore not needing to run down the fridge and freezer contents!)

On arrival, the villa was very clean and well appointed. The previous Dibb guests, Helen (aka Scottish Nellie) and family had kindly arranged with the Management Company to leave their leftover fridge contents and other bits and bobs. The bottles of water, milk, cookies etc were are gratefully appreciated on arrival and for many days after! Randy kept in email communication throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Even when my son left his new Aeropostale hoodie in the wardrobe, Randy contacted the Management Company and they were able to locate it and leave it at the club house for us to collect. Service over and beyond - many thanks.

For us, the thing that makes this villa stand out is the view from the pool. We spent many happy hours watching the wildlife. Gators, cranes, rabbits, frogs, birds of prey and even a raccoon!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa - it is fantastic and Randy and Barb are great hosts.

We have just returned from a 15 night stay at Caribe Villa Brisa. We have stayed at Lake Buena Vista and Port Orleans French Quarter before - we decided this trip to have a villa.

We found High Grove to be a good central location. The Clubhouse and Management there were friendly and helpful. They even have a resident cat called Duchess to make a fuss of. Residents of High Grove were welcoming giving us a cheery wave if our paths crossed.

The Villa is in a superb location, it backs onto woodland so when you are around the pool it is very private. You also can see lots of wildlife.

We found the Villa to be spotless and very well equipped - there is no need to eat out all the things you need to cook are at the Villa if that is what you want to do. The villa is decorated in a lovely style - it really feels like home when you are there. The photos posted of the villa totally reflects what the villa looks like inside and out.

Randy & Barb the Canadian owners can?t do enough to help. They are a pleasure to communicate with - they emailed several times during the stay to make sure all was ok.

We were sad to leave the villa, but we are sure we will be back. We were happy with the flexibility that the Villa gave us - we tended to go to the parks for rope drop then when we had finished around 3ish we could head back and relax around the pool. We were outdoors most of the time.

As we were leaving my Husband said to me (I do all the holiday planning) that he had really enjoyed his holiday and well done for finding the villa! That?s a first! We would whole heartedly recommend staying at Caribe Villa Brisa.

We have just returned from this lovely villa in High Grove. The location of this gated community is great.. don't forget to ask about the short cut to Disney!
The villa itself is exactly as you see in the pictures.. well decorated, spacious, excellent amenities. The pool was amazing! Other than the expected tropical storms, you get the sun until it goes down at night. Excellent for nature watching - especially the pair of crane birds that came to visit every day (we named them Carl and Ellie!).
Randy and Barb are great to deal with - excellent communication and checked in on us while there to make sure our holiday was everything we would expect.
I will hopefully be returning!

This is a wonderfully well kept villa in an excellent location. My extended family and I stayed here from 23rd December - 20th January 2018. From the moment of enquiring about the villa Randy the owner was fantastic. He was a dream to deal with answering all our questions, keeping us informed of his villa upgrades. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, a clean, well maintained, loved villa.

I'd book to go back to this villa in a heartbeat.

Highgrove is an extremely well kept and tranquil community and the villa is sited at the back of the community with fantastic views over a beautiful conservation area. If you are patient you will see lots of different kinds of wildlife!

We were attracted to the villa because of its vibrant colours and it certainly didn't disappoint us on arrival! The villa is bright, airy, clean and well maintained and has everything that you you could possibly need whilst there. The pool was most definitely great to come home to after a busy day but I particularly enjoyed soaking up the early morning sunshine on the terrace whilst the youngsters caught up on their sleep! Absolute heaven!

Highgrove resort is within easy reach of lots of shops and places to eat with Walmart being less than five minutes away. Disney is about six minutes away, Universal Studios about forty minutes away and all the big shopping outlets areas are about thirty minutes away. If you go a little further you can reach Boggy Creek airboat rides and further still, Kennedy Space Centre. All great places to visit!

Randy and Barb have been extremely friendly and helpful throughout. They respond promptly to all communication and couldn't have done any more!

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks end of June and start of July 2017. The villa was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

High Grove is a great location with easy access to the parks and lots of restaurants along the 192. The clubhouse is lovely, and the staff there very helpful with any query you might have.

Randy and Barb are so friendly and helpful. Randy suggested various places for us to try and as a result we had one of our best nights of the holiday trying out a restaurant beside Lake Minneola on the 4th July. Nothing is too much trouble and Randy is prompt to respond to any communication.

Our absolute highlight was the pool. We included the pool heating even though it was June as we like it nice and warm, and it was just fabulous. We sat out in the pool or hot tub almost every evening, enjoying stunning sunsets, watching the lightning in the distance, and then after dark watching the fireflies in the conservation area to the rear. The pool is so private and peaceful and really made this holiday for us. We had some amazing family time in that pool at night. During the day we loved spotting red cardinals, hawks, turtles and all sorts of other wildlife.

We are looking to book again for next year and can?t wait to go back.
