This was our second stay at Ian's villa and our fourth stay at Encantada and once again the villa and resort did not disappoint us in anyway.

The villa is a home from home and we had no problems at all during our 13 night stay. We had quite a few parcels delivered to the Clubhouse and they kept our luggage on the day we changed villas (Ian and his family were due to use their villa so we booked our last 2 nights with Avois points in a CLC unit).

The actual area near the resort has a lot more restaurants and shops than before and plenty of choice for every taste.There is an Aldi just up the road which was great to pick up some shopping on our first night and avoided having to do a Walmart run until later in the week.

Overall great place to stay, great price, good wifi and we are more than happy to recommend the villa to our family and friends.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Encantada resort, but the first in this particular villa. Before we arrived the communication with the owner was second to none, & this continued during our stay especially when hurricane Dorian was approaching.
The villa has everything you need including towels, iron/board, washer/dryer, kids equipment & was more than big enough to accommodate the 6 of us. It was spotlessly clean & everything worked as it should. Was nice to have the private pool which sadly didn't get used as much as I'd hoped for. Too busy riding rollercoasters.

Location is perfect for Disney & even though we were only doing Universal this time, it was still only 20-30 minutes drive (including the standard I4 traffic!) We last visited 3 years ago & there seem to be so many more choices to eat, all within a 10 minute drive & Walmart if you want to get lost for a couple of hours food shopping lol.
Only used the communal pools once but they were very quiet & clean.

All in all a fantastic place to stay. Great value for money & no resort fees.
If we return, it will definitely be on the list of places to stay.

We've just returned from a 16 night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless and spacious; plenty of room for our family of five! It was extremely well equipped, plenty of towels (bath and beach) and I liked not having to take items such as an iron and hairdryer as the villa has these items already; it was especially nice having a washer and dryer, no dirty washing to take home with us! There's a 7/11 garage down the road for any basics you need (food, drinks, toiletries etc) and a Walgreens also. Plenty of dining options nearby; we ate very well and never had to go to the same place twice there were so many! We had a car so it was roughly 10-15 mins to Disney and 30 to Universal; though I know my friends used Uber easily and cheaply enough to get around when they visited Florida if driving isn't an option. We parked at the Lime garage in Disney Springs and walked 5 minutes to Congress Park at Saratoga Springs then used the Disney shuttles to get from park to park; found this an easier and cheaper method; but it's a personal preference. The owner of the villa was brilliant throughout; very speedy and friendly responses, lots of information given and responded promptly to any other queries I had also, thanks Ian! I would definitely recommend the villa, it was extremely good value for money, the teenagers loved having their own pool to chill in after a long day at the parks and I loved sitting by it with my coffee of a morning enjoying the quiet and the lake view; just perfect, will never use a hotel again!

Encantada is my new favourite resort following a great stay at this villa.

It is a quiet resort with good facilities at the clubhouse. We used the gym and attended the water aerobics class. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rolling Oaks and the new Sunset Walk are all within a few minutes drive and there are a great selection of restaurants and shops.

The villa was lovely. It was very clean, well maintained and well equipped for our needs and I loved the view across the lake. It was a treat to sit out with a cup of coffee by the pool each morning watching the wildlife on the lake.

Communication with the villa owner was excellent and he was very helpful answering our queries promptly.

I would happily recommend this villa to my friends.

First class villa stayed first 2 weeks of June, very clean everything you need for enjoyable stay.
On a gated community so felt very safe lots of restaurants in the area, didn?t use the clubhouse, was lovely to have your own pool which we made the most of.
The owner was very helpful and returned any emails quickly. Will definitely will book again when we return to Florida.

We stayed at this lovely villa for 9 nights in August and cannot praise it enough. It is on a beautiful gated complex and is on one of the best locations on the complex, overlooking the lake. It was so quiet and peaceful looking out over the lake and watching the wildlife. It also benefits from a pool (some villas on this resort don't have full size pools).

The resort itself is also lovely - 2 pools, neither of which were too busy, plus good club house facilities and friendly staff, although we didn't really have time to use them! We did rent a fabulous inflatable pink flamingo for the pool for $10 per week which was very well used.

The villa was spacious and well equipped, which is always handy with 2 teenage girls. It was also very clean and well maintained, with modern furnishings and equipment. The free wifi was very handy and worked really well, with no connectivity issues (again critical for teenagers).

Location for Disney was excellent, about 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom using the Sherbeth Road entrance. Also very handy for local restaurants and supermarkets - Manny's is a 10 minute walk at the end of the road leading to the 192, as is a garage that is handy for essentials (beer!). Longhorn, Bahama Breeze, Sweet Tomatoes and other restaurants/shops are 5 minutes drive away (next junction down the 192).

I cannot speak highly enough of this villa and would certainly look to book this again when we next return. Wish we were still there!

We've recently returned from a 10 day stay at this lovely Villa/Townhouse which we booked for a last minute break. There was only two of us but worked out a better price than a one bedroom apartment and gave us more space and facilities but the property would be ideal for families too. All emails have been quickly answered, security deposit was quickly refunded and Ian was a pleasure to deal with.

The villa is on a very well maintained, quiet, gated community in an area where Publix, Target, Dollar Tree to name a few shops and a great variety of restaurants are only minutes away by car. Ideally located for Disney - door to door to Animal Kingdom took 10 minutes and the rest of Disney about 15-20 minutes.

Turning now to the villa itself, it is exactly as described, has all the appliances, crockery etc that you require and everything is in very clean and in good condition. Lovely new smart TV in the main living room and TV's in other rooms together with very reliable and fast WIFI. Due to the unusual inclement weather we did not actually use the pool as we were out and about the first few days when the sun was shining and the rest of the time was either dull and overcast or raining. I'm sure when the sun is shining it would be lovely to splash around in or relax in the sunshine with a drink taking in the tranquil surroundings.

This is the first time that we have booked direct with an owner and if/when we return we will certainly look into staying at this Villa with our family as it has a real home from home feeling with everything you need just a stones throw away.
