Flame Tree Barbecue

Flame Tree Barbecue is located adjacent to the entrance to Dinoland. It opens daily from 11am until 5pm.

The counter- service restaurant has recently re-opened after refurbishment. Here you can taste the wonderful meats that have been seasoned with the Flame Tree Special BBQ Rub, then smoked in the 'Flame Tree Barbecue Smokehouse'.

Favourites here are 1/2 slab of St. Loius ribs, ribs and chicken combo served with fries, coleslaw and beans or pulled pork with coleslaw, as an accompaniment side dish why not try some of the delicious onion rings too. New additions include a Jamaican Jerk Chicken Salad and a refreshing Watermelon Salad.

Choose a dessert of lime or chocolate mousse to finish the meal off with.

If you fancy something cool and refreshing try the new Mandarin Orange Vodka Lemonade which really complements the barbecued meat. There are also a selection of beers, wine, hot and cold beverages available.

Once you have your food you can get condiments from the stations located throughout the restaurant and can choose from two varieties of barbecue sauce, traditional or sweet and spicy.

The seating is plentiful and although outside, there are covered areas with ceiling fans. If you can get a table by the water you will have superb views overlooking Expedition Everest, you can sit back and enjoy the 'circle of life' that the restaurant has been themed on. There are carvings and colourful pictures everywhere to look at.

June 2017 saw the introduction of 'Mobile Order" where you can order and pay for meals on-the-go using the My Disney Experience App. On arrival at the restaurant tap in 'I'm here' in the app, the kitchen will then prepare the meal and alert you to collect your meal at a designated window.
