Siesta's Pool Bar and Grill

Siesta's Pool Bar and Grill is located to the left of the huge pool at the Dig Site of the Coronado Springs Resort. There is seating at the bar along with a TV and they also have a few tables and chairs outside, offering a great view of the giant Mayan pyramid and pool.

Conveniently located right by the pool side, the pool bar offers a full service bar serving specialty drinks and also has small range of snack meals to choose from. It is open daily from 11am to 6pm.

Siesta's Nachos - corn tortilla chips, seasoned beef, diced tomato, black olives, jalapenos and cheese sauce

Chicken Wings - traditional buffalo sauce or BBQ, served with bleu cheese dressing and celery batons

Queso Empanadas - cheese-stuffed empanadas, served with roasted tomato salsa

Cheeseburger - lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, carmelized onion and burger sauce

Caprese Roll - tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil vinaigrette on a toasted ciabatta roll

Fish Tacos - corn tortilla, market fish, mango lime slaw

Pork Carnitas Tacos - corn tortilla, shredded pork, salsa verde, onion and cilantro

Taco Salad - grilled chicken, chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar, black olives, sliced jalapenos, pico de gallo and fresh cilantro
