Kouzzina

Kouzzina closed permanently on 30 September 2014, making the way for the new restaurant 'Trattoria al Forno.

Kouzzina is located on the Boardwalk next to the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's Boardwalk Resort. The restaurant is open daily and offers guests Breakfast Service from 7.30am to 11am and a Dinner Service from 5pm to 10pm daily.

The restaurant is owned by the popular female celebrity chef 'Cat Cora' and offers a unique blend of Greek and Mediterranean inspired cuisine, using her own philosophy of creating simple yet sensational dishes.

Delightful authentic Greek family recipes are freshly prepared in the open kitchen and cooked in oak-fired ovens and on wood-burning grills, allowing you to savour the wonderful atmosphere and aroma's as you dine.

Breakfast offerings feature dishes such as Poached Eggs with Olive Toast, Sweet Potato Hash with Sausage or French Toast Baklava.

The Restaurant offers complimentary bread, dipping oils and the tastiest of olives as a pre-starter.

For Dinner why not start with a Mezze allowing you to try a selection of Appetisers which consist of hummus, tzatziki and olives with a choice of prawns, meatballs or pork souvlaki, which comes highly recommended, it was delicious. Then for your Entree try the Greek-style Lasagna made with cinnamon-stewed meat, Fisherman's Stew, Oak-Grilled Steaks and Fresh Fish. You could order the 'Kouzzina Trio' which offers tasting size portions of Lasagna, Char-grilled lamb burger and Cinnamon-stewed Chicken.

Tantalise your taste buds with deliciously sweet desserts, such as Loukoumades which are freshly made Greek doughnuts drizzled with warm honey, Baklava or Budino Cake, a warm molten chocolate cake with whipped sweet cream and a fabulous warm gooey chocolate centre.

Wine Flights specifically chosen by Cat herself are available, as well as pairings to go with your meal.
