Yachtsman Steakhouse

The Yachtsman Steakhouse is located in the Yacht Club at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort. The Restaurant is open daily from 5.30pm until 10pm, for Dinner Service only.

The Yachtsman will provide you with an exceptional fine dining experience, serving it's speciality of mouthwatering top class steaks. Being a Signature Restaurant the menu changes frequently so that only the best, freshest ingredients are used. Dishes of the highest standard and quality are consistently served here.

As you enter the Steakhouse you will pass by the Steak Trimming Room allowing you to see how the age process works, you also get to see the different cuts of meat that will be on the menu.

The Restaurant has a wonderful New England Nautical theme, it has been classically decorated, with warm lighting that offers a relaxing ambience. The dining area has been split into small spaces, but the circular dining room offers great views of the Resorts Stormalong Bay.

So as your experience begins, you are served complimentary bread with a mix of sourdough rolls and delicious onion rolls, along with salted butter and roasted garlic. The Appetizer menu is likely to have offerings of Lobster Bisque, Beef Merguez, a selection of Artisanal Cheeses or a Charcuterie Board with suckling pig, country sausage, cured meats and accoutrements.

Now onto the most important part of the evening, the Entrees, obviously Steaks feature highly on the menu and come in all types of cut, such as 28oz Porterhouse, 12oz New York Strip, 8oz Centre-cut Filet Mignon or a 16oz Boneless Rib-Eye. New additions to to menu are a 32oz Porterhouse steak for Two, served with a trio of sides, potato gratin and garlic butter and the Kansas City Strip Steak served with truffle fries, black garlic aioli and chimichurri. All dishes are served with accompaniments, but there are also side dishes to order, including the very popular and delicious Truffle Macaroni & Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms, Caramelised Onions or Creamed Spinach, to name just a few.

Desserts are decoratively presented on crisp white china, try the Yachtsman Sundae or the Chocolate-Peanut Cake, Black Cherry Cheesecake or for something light and refreshing the Seasonal Sorbet Trio.

There is an extensive wine list to choose from and some exceptional Beer offerings. For a special treat, they have 'After-Dinner Flights' of Grand Marnier, Scotch and Port, a perfectly indulgent way to finish off your meal in style.
