Red Oven Pizza Bakery

The Red Oven Pizza Bakery is located on Citywalk at Universal Studios and is open daily.

This brand new restaurant has recently opened, replacing the Pastamore Market Cafe. It offers guests a taste of Italy with it's selection of fresh upscale Artisanal Pizza's and Salads.

There restaurant offers table service with limited indoor seating or dine Al Fresco on the large patio under a covered awning. They also have a quick service counter for those who want food to go.

You can watch Pizza's being freshly made in-house by the Chef's and are then fired in the 'Red Oven', creating a delicious perfect crispy thin crust in all of 90 seconds.

The menu offers traditional salads of Classic Caesar, Arugula and Caprese. White Pizza's have flavourings such as Pesto, Prosciutto and Arugula, Bianca and Fennel Sausage and Red Pizza's are flavoured with Margherita, Funghi, Alla Benno, Melanzane or Big Eye Pepperoni!

Beverages available include Bottled or Draft Beer, Red or White Wine, Iced Tea, Bottled Water and a good range of refillable Soda's.
