Solterra is one of the newest resorts in Davenport, Florida. It is just minutes from the popular Championsgate area with its resort hotels, golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. Located between the I4 exit for Champions gate and Posner Park, it is located only 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal and is well located to provide easy access to both the east and west coast beaches and attractions. There are numerous golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants within easy reach as well as the new IMAX Cinema at Posner.
