Disney Menus
April 13th 2015 brings 'The BOATHOUSE' to The Landing District at Disney Springs, the first restaurant to open since the expansion of Downtown Disney. It is located in the area formerly known as Pleasure Island just between Raglan Road and Portobello.
The BOATHOUSE offers guests an upscale fine-dining experience, with a stunning outdoor waterfront location. This concept restaurant themed by Schussler Creative, features floating artwork in the form of 'dream boats' from the 1930'3, 40's and 50's era.
The venue is vast and can seat 400 guests inside and a further 200 more outside. Even though this is a high-end eatery, it is very flexible and can cater for couples and families alike, as well as business clientele. It has three full service bars, three dining rooms and two private dining rooms for events.
The menu has been created by the Chicago based Gibsons Restaurant Group, offerings guests a raw bar, steaks, chops and a varied selection of seafood. Many of the dishes have an extravagant three figure price tag! One of the Specialities for two, is the 32 oz 'Tomahawk Long Bone Rib Chop', a certified USDA Gibsons Blue Star Heritage Angus with a choice of sauce, coming in at $115!
As well as fabulous food and impeccable service, the venue also offers an array of entertainment for guests to enjoy. Live musicians play inside the bar area and also on the Boat Cruises that are available.
Amphicars
Guests can treat themselves to this 'unique experience' with a tour around the lake in one of the beautifully restored 'Amphicars'. The 20 minute trip along with it's own Captain costs $125 for up to three people and operates daily from 10am until 10pm.
All times are GMT +1. The time now is 07:23 AM.
