The Edison

The Edison is located in The Landing area of Disney Springs. It is open daily for Lunch from 11.30am until 4pm and Dinner 4.30pm until 11pm. Late night hours are in operation on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, offering entertainment from 9.30pm until 2am, it is worth noting though that from 10pm on these nights a $10 cover charge applies.

The Edison is a large industrial steampunk-inspired building, themed with lavish gothic nuances, many of which are fully working pieces of the by-gone era of invention. It is a fabulous location offering food, craft cocktails, live entertainment with music and cabaret. During the daytime and early evening it is a suitable family friendly location, but becomes an adults only venue from 10pm onwards.

The entrance brings you into the first level of the building and has a choice of seating at tables, comfy chairs and booths around the edge. The feature Grand Staircase takes you downstairs to an area of plentiful seating, which later on in the evening becomes a dance floor. The entertainment is based down here, but you may have an overhead vantage point if you are sat upstairs.

The menu is based on Classic American Food and many of the items are available on both the lunch and dinner menu, especially the Shares & Nibbles with a choice of Deviled Eggs, Dancing' Corn Dog, Hawkers Box of Balls and not to be missed the DB 'Clothesline Candied Bacon'! The lunch offerings are typically burgers and bites. The dinner menu have Speciality dishes, such as Salmon, Crabcake, Cripy Fried Chicken, Old-fashioned Meatloaf and Steaks which can be paired with sides of Butter Mash, Hand Cut Fries, Mushrooms or Asparagus.

New! Havana Nights

How does the combination of Salsa and Cocktails sound? Well from May 15 through to October 16, every other Wednesday night, free Salsa lessons are on offer for both newcomers and pros. Dance and be entertained by the Live Band's Latin beat along with the sounds from the DJ.

After you've danced your feet off, sample some of the Havana-inspired Speciality Craft Cocktails.

A Nightly Dress Code must be adhered to, so guests arriving after 10:00 PM must wear venue-appropriate attire. Men may wear slacks, jeans or dress shorts. Jackets are optional. No ball caps, sleeveless shirts or flip-flops allowed.
