Charlotte Sports Park
The Tampa Bay Rays Spring training ground

American League champions The Tampa Bay Rays play their home Spring
Training games in Charlotte County, Florida.
The club's Spring stadium is called Charlotte Sports Park.
The state-of-the-art facility cost of $27.2 million to rebuild the stadium
The Sports park contains over 5,000 fixed seats and has additional berm seating along
the first and third base lines, group party areas. With a renovated suite level, a large new
clubhouse and rehabilitated practice fields.

The team store within the stadium is open to the public year-round.
Charlotte sports park is the Home of the Charlotte Stone Crabs of the Class A Florida State League. The Stone Crabs are owned by Ripken Baseball, who bought the team in 2008 and moved them to Port Charlotte from Vero Beach, where they had spent the previous 28 seasons playing at Dodger town's famous Holman Stadium.
