Liberty Tree Tavern

Liberty Tree Tavern is located at Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom and serves food daily at lunchtime from 11am until 3pm and dinner from 3.15pm until7pm.

It boasts a selection of all-American favourites such as clam chowder, cheeseburgers, traditional roast turkey and pot roast, as well as salads and sandwiches.

Check in at the Liberty Tree Tavern restaurant podium and rest until the town crier summons your party. Be escorted through this authentic recreation of an 18th-century American inn, then sit and enjoy a New England-inspired meal.

The restaurant comprises six cozy rooms and is furnished with colonial artefacts, commemorating historical U.S. figures of Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Paul Jones, Paul Revere and Betsy Ross. This location provides a pleasant respite from the hustle and bustle outside.

As it's Thanksgiving Day, every day here, guests can tuck into the all you care to eat 'Patriot's Platter' comprising a selection of roasted turkey breast, tavern ham and sliced prime rib of beef, served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb-bread stuffing and macaroni and cheese.

A must to try is the 'Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake', this is a warm vanilla cake full of toffee chips with caramel sauce drizzled over it and is topped off with a serving of vanilla ice cream.

As well as the usual beverages there are a couple of speciality drinks on offer. Try 'Patriot's Punch' a frozen beverage from the Patriot's Punch Bowl served in a Liberty Tree Tavern Collector's Mug or a 'Glowing Character Punch' a light lemonade punch in a souvenir cup with a glowing Disney Character clip-on light.
