Complimentary transportation throughout Walt Disney World Resort—including transportation to and from Disney Theme Parks and Disney Water Parks—is available to Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Complimentary transportation is available one hour prior to Disney Theme Park opening time up to one hour after Disney Theme Park closing time. Additionally, buses operate until 2:00 a.m. from the Downtown Disney Area. Certain areas of Walt Disney World Resort are also connected by well-lit, paved, low-grade walking paths.

Disney Busses run approximately every 20 minutes from all the Disney onsite resorts, at the entrance to the resorts you'll see well signed stops that will denote the destination and stops of the bus.

Using the Disney Transportation System is one of the main benefits of staying at a Disney resort: you never have to park your car in an enormous parking lot. There isn't a lot to choose between the Buses and using your car for time to the parks. Taking the Bus to the Magic Kingdom is nearly always quicker as the Bus takes you directly to the entrance bypassing the Monorail or Ferry that you will have to use if you elect to take your car.

Even theme park-visitors who aren't staying at Disney resorts are free to use the Disney buses to travel from park to park, or to the Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon waterparks, and Downtown Disney.

The only inconvenience in the Disney transport system arises if you're going from one resort to another one, if, for example, you're staying at Caribbean Beach and want to have dinner at the Animal Kingdom Lodge you would need to catch a bus to one of the theme parks or Downtown Disney then catch another bus to your destination.

From Disney Resorts to Disney Theme Parks
Service starts 1 hour prior to the park opening time listed for that day.
Bus service for Character Breakfasts begins ˝ hour before the earliest seating.
Busses run after park closing until the parks are clear of guests.

Between Disney Theme Parks
Disney Buses run between parks 1 hour prior to Park opening, and buses run until parks are clear of guests.

For traveling between Transportation and Ticket Center, Contemporary, Polynesian, or the Grand Floridian, Magic Kingdom and Epcot, you should use the monorail.

To Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf
The mini golf area is within easy walking distance from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resorts. Catch a Disney bus from any Disney theme park or Downtown Disney to one of those resorts.

To Winter Summerland Golf
This is located adjacent to the car park at Blizzard Beach. During Blizzard Beach operating hours, take a bus to Blizzard Beach and walk to the mini golf.
After Blizzard Beach closes, take a bus to Coronado Springs. At Coronado Springs, board an Epcot bus and notify the driver. For the return leg, notify a cast memebr at Winter Summerland who will arrange an Epcot Bus to do the return.

To Disney's Wide World of Sports
Take a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and board the bus there. Service begins 30 mins prior to the Studios opening until 8:30pm.
