Mears who previously ran the Magical Express transfer, now offer a paid for service called Mears Connect. This is a 24/7 service from / to Orlando MCO airport / Disney World area hotels. It offers both a standard and express service.

Current pricing (as at February 2022):

STANDARD SERVICE (one way)

PER CHILD $13.50

STANDARD SERVICE (round trip)
PER ADULT $32.00
PER CHILD $27.00

Children rates are for children ages 3-9 years. Children under 3 years ride free.

EXPRESS SERVICE (round trip only)
$250.00 (Up to 4 passengers) per additional passenger $55.00

The express service is only being offered as a round trip service, at this time.
The express service does not have a child rate like the standard service does. Children of all ages should be included in the total guest count.

Arrival:
Mears Connect is locacted in Terminal B, on level 1, ground transportation level, at Orlando International Airport.

Departure:
For the Standard service, your return will be a minimum of 3 hours in advance of your domestic flight's departure time or a minimum of 4 hours in advance of your international flight.
For the Express service, your return will be approximately 2.5 - 3 hours in advance of your domestic flight's departure time and 3.5 - 4 hours in advance of your international flight.
Your confirmed departure time, from the resort, will be in the confirmation email. The boarding pass/QR code will be sent 23 hours in advance of the flight departure time via email and will be text again 15 minutes before your departure time from the resort, along with a link to track your vehicle.
