Florida Pines, as the name suggests is a quiet, immaculately maintained community surrounded by pine trees. Ideally located on the US27, Florida Pines is just five minutes from the I4 at Champions Gate.

Offering excellent access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld.

Approximately ten minutes drive south you will find the new Posner Park Retail Development with many new stores and restaurants. Carry on a little further south and smell the amazing steaks at the famous Mannys Chophouse. Berry Town Center is just 2 minutes drive to the north where you will find a Publix Supermarket, Chinese takeaway, English Fish and Chip shop, Japanese restaurant, Bar, Quiznos subs, a petrol station, Pizza restaurant and Applebees, there is also a CVS Pharmacy.

For an alternative choice of restaurants and shopping highway 192 is few miles north where there are lots of new restaurants at Rolling Oaks, Longhorn and Olive Garden to name just a couple. For Walmart lovers there are two nearby – one to the north at Cagan’s Crossing and one to the south at Haines City.

The community has a large community pool and a childrens play area and we are lucky to see lots of Hot Air Balloons at sunrise
