POR is such a beautiful and relaxing resort. I was over whelmed by the scenic beauty all around me. My parents thought my pictures looked like they were in a park rather than the hotel grounds. Very quiet, yet plenty to do. Loved the ride down to DTD on the boat. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Stayed in Magnolia Bend area in Oak Manor in a newly renovated room, which had literally opened to guests a couple of hours before I arrived. Everything you could need for your stay, and washing machine facilities were only a short walk away close to the quiet pool area.
