We woke up at 7.10am this morning and it was still dark outside. As it lightened up, it was clearly a bit cloudy and stormy. We decided not to rush up on this basis, so dozed until 8.30am.

We got up and headed to Cabanas for breakfast. We decided to have omelettes, which were made to order. Matt also indulged in his daily bagel with Nutella.

We went for a walk on deck, and concluded it was warm enough to sit out as the sun was trying to break through. We sat by the adults pool, and stayed there until lunchtime at 12.45pm. We bumped into some pals on our walk!

Today’s show was another new variety act called ‘All That’ who are a clogging group. They described clogging as a cross between tap and Irish dancing. But as a group of pretty young lads, it was very modern and relevant. We saw them a lot around the ship, as they got really involved in cruise life, and it was really lovely! They were in America’s Got Talent twice and there’s tonnes of footage of them on You Tube if anyone wants to check them out! I loved it!

After the show, we spotted that the Panama Canal voyage magnet had been put out in the shop, so we grabbed one of those before they sold out ($11.69 including discount).
Then it was down to the Crown & Fin for a game of draughts. I had a virgin mojita and Matt had a Coke, which came to $7.71; and Matt enjoyed some chicken wings (his favourite!). I won the draughts by the way.
