Fantasmic Dinner Package ADR - times?
Okay - so I'm persuaded to attempt to book an ADR before we go for H&V Fantasmic dinner, but...
What times do they do? Want to be prepared before I phone. Can you book in for the buffet at 6pm for example, even though Fantasmic isn't on til 9pm? What time is best ?

The Fantasmic Package offers the earlier dining times, 4 -5pm and seating for the first Fantasmic show on evenings when there are 2 shows. Some later times are released a week or two ahead if they still have slots to fill up, but you will be offered earlier ones first. It isn't a problem to eat earlier, just have a light lunch and then eat dinner and have a walk around or watch the parade or do some of the gentler attractions (ToT is not recommended right after a buffet meal!) before taking your seat in plenty of time for Fantasmic.

Hi - when we were there last year we made our ADR's at the 180 day point and managed to secure H & V fantasmic package for 6pm it worked out really well - 2 hours to relax over dinner then through the 'secret' entrance to Fantasmic just after 8pm. The show didnt start till 9pm and even though we had the fantasmic package we were so glad we got there early because it was packed!

Our Fantasmic booking is for 17:00 even though the show isn't til around 20:30 that night. We plan on taking advantage of the fact that people not on the package will be inside the stadium to secure their seats and the queues for some of the top attractions will be shorter!

We had a 6pm H&V reservation last time we did Fantasmic for the show at 8pm. The timing couldn't have been better - we enjoyed the dinner and then strolled round to the entrance before the stadium was full and got good seats.
I think we're looking to do it again for abouth the same time when we go again next year. It really was great. When we called to originally make the booking (about 8 weeks before-we hadn't considered it until then) we were told that everything was full. We called back 2 weeks later and got the 6pm slot, so it may be worth trying again later if you can't get a time to suit you. You can always make a booking for the earlier time and then change it if a better time slot becomes available. |

Thanks Guys - sounds like a 6pm supper would be perfect then. Let's see what they say - guess I'll be looking to do this on our 3rd week, so I'll be giving them 6 weeks notice - hope it's enough! Appreciate the advice on keep trying in case of cancellations though - great idea.
