I was wondering what the 'Disney Studios' were like at DLP?

We have just returned from DLP - 7 nights at the New York.

The studios are not that impressive to look at, but all the shows are excellent.  We found that that after being in the Disneyland park, the studios were like a haven of peace.

If you have small children then some of the attractions are a bit dark and noisy and may frighten them.  We went with our 8 and 2 year olds.  The 8 yr old was fine on all of them.  Refused to do the Rocky roller or Armageddon though!

Cinemagique - Excellent - Noisy and dark.  Not scary though.

Zapping zone - walk through tour - with interactive zone at the end. Not scary or dark.

Rocky Roller- well you know

Moteurs Action - The best attraction (IMHO) Noisy stunt car show.

Armageddon - Noisy and dark - not scary (IMHO)

Studio Tram Tour - Simarler to Florida.

Art of Disney - not scary - film/talk/interactive

Fly carpets - Better than Dumbo - Both daughters loved it, in fact at the end of the day we used to ride it 5 times in a row.

Animagique- Dark not scary good show.

We loved the studios and couldn't understand people complaining about it.  It has only just opened and will grow. To see all the shows it would take a day.

Thumbs up

Went in October we stayed off site & had 3 day hopper passes.

Thought it looked great loved the shows though I found animagique very , very boring.

It needs more rides but would definately go again.

Dh & 2 DS saw stunt show twice in one day & loved it.

Sue
