I have done, no reply apart from the standard one saying they have "mothballed" the company. Have your replies from them been recent?

I don't even have my tickets as FE asked for them back before they could refund, that was August. Universal say they can't do anything.

I sent ours back and not even heard that they received them. I've asked twice for confirmation of receipt but nothing. I'm 6 weeks in now.

I've sent my Universal tickets back to Florida Escapes today, £1360 worth. As others have said, refund will be less 10% in 8-12 weeks.
Money on cc from Netflights so I'm getting there.

I'm waiting to hear from Florida Escapes about our 5 Universal tickets as we can't go next year. With Netflights (BA flights) and Florida Escapes we have over £4500 tied up at the moment. Staysure...
