It says on their website it is fine for US travel but there is very little detail about whether it is supervised or not?

The only one clickable is the attestation so it seems like that is the first thing...

I know that but not all fit to fly tests need to be supervised. There are companies that you buy the test kit from, upload a photo of the negative test and they send you the fit to fly certificate
