Maybe the problems have been due to the fact that refunds orginally had to be requested before October. Also payment method has an effect.

If you have not actually activated your renewal certificate could you have just kept it and activated it when you do eventually go? This way you would lock in the previous price paid.

It should have been the cost of the pass not any upgrade cost. The amount of time you used it has nothing to do with it either. We got back $200 more per pass than what we paid to upgrade them.

It would appear everyone else who cancelled, their AP disappeared from their MDE accounts in September or earlier, ours certainly did. If its still showing it would appear to indicate that it has not...

As to the amount it would depend on how many days was outstanding and whether you had received any previous payment...

Our other 3 refunds came through onto our Revolut cards. $351 each for DVC gold AP orginally due to expire in September. So $200 more than what we paid to upgrade.
I did make sure or Revolut card...

If the original payment method is not available then you will get a cheque according to Disney. So as you paid by magicband then I suspect you will get a cheque instead.
