There is a car park (Shorefield Road) which is just a short walk from the Cliffs Pavilion. Or you can park on the seafront (free after 6 pm) opposite Rossi and walk up the stairs.

I use Tetley Blend of Both (it's a pink box) - it's a black tea and green tea mix, fine to have with or without milk. Difficult to get in supermarkets so get from Tetley or Amazon.
